What is your returns policy?
If something is not quite right with your purchase, you have 14 days to return your item for a full refund. Items must be unused and returned with their tags attached and in its original packaging.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. If you change your mind and wish to exchange a product, please return the product and place a new order.
How do I return my item?
To return your item, please email customercare@serla.co along with your name, order number and reason for return. We will then provide you with our return address. All returned items will be sent back at the customers own cost.
It is your responsibility to return your parcel with your returns form inside, using your preferred courier service. We recommend sending your parcel back to us using a tracked service.
How long does it take to process my return?
We aim to process your return as soon as possible, but please allow up to 14 working days for your refund to be processed.
What do I do if my item is faulty?
If you receive a faulty item, please email customercare@serla.co within 30 days of receiving your item telling us what is wrong with the item received.
