Our 1-Year Colour Guarantee

We're proud of the quality of our jewellery, which is why every eligible piece is protected by our 1 Year Colour Guarantee.

If your jewellery experiences colour fading or tarnishing due to a fault in the plating within 12 months of purchase, we'll replace it free of charge.

Simply contact our Customer Care team by emailing hello@serla.co with your order number and a photograph of the item, and we'll arrange a replacement as quickly as possible.

What Is Covered

Our Colour Guarantee includes:

• Tarnishing of the gold or silver finish
• Colour fading caused by a manufacturing defect
• Plating faults that occur during normal everyday wear within the guarantee period

What Isn't Covered

Our guarantee does not cover:

• Accidental or intentional damage
• Scratches, dents or general cosmetic wear
• Lost or stolen items
• Broken chains, clasps or stones caused by accidental damage
• Damage resulting from alterations, misuse or improper care
• Natural wear to gemstones, pearls or enamel
