Orders are shipped Monday to Friday excluding UK Bank Holidays. Orders placed after 2pm on a Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

Please note you may need to pay duty and taxes when your items arrive depending on your country/cost of your order. All items are shipped from the UK. It is your responsibilty to pay for any extra fees calculated for the import of your goods.
UK delivery includes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands and Isle of Wight.
During busy periods such as holidays and sale periods, please allow an additional 1-2 days for dispatch.

Returns
What is your returns policy?
If something is not quite right with your purchase, you have 14 days to return your item for a full refund. Items must be unused and returned with their tags attached and in its original packaging.
Exchanges
Unfortunately, we are unable to offer exchanges at this time. If you change your mind and wish to exchange a product, please return the product and place a new order.
How do I return my item?
To return your item, please email customercare@serla.co along with your name, order number and reason for return. We will then provide you with our return address. All returned items will be sent back at the customers own cost.
It is your responsibility to return your parcel with your returns form inside, using your preferred courier service. We recommend sending your parcel back to us using a tracked service.
How long does it take to process my return?
We aim to process your return as soon as possible, but please allow up to 7 working days for your refund to be processed.
What do I do if my item is faulty?
If you receive a faulty item, please email customercare@serla.co within 30 days of receiving your item telling us what is wrong with the item received.
Leather is a natural material, so you may find the surface shows some minor variations in colour or even the occasional small imperfections. This is part of the natural beauty of leather.
In cases of wear and tear, where a fault has occurred through general use, please get in touch to discuss whether we can offer a repair, at a cost to the purchaser. Leather is a natural material and can scratch or mark easily with usage. This is not a fault in the product.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
